Welcome to the website of Three N Travel & Tourism LLC (“Three N Travel,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), a licensed travel agency operating in the United Arab Emirates.By using our website or any of our services, whether booking through our site, visiting our offices, or interacting with our agents, you agree to the following terms and conditions.Please read them carefully before proceeding with any travel-related purchase or inquiry.
Scope of Service
Three N Travel & Tourism LLC provides services including, but not limited to, flight bookings, hotel reservations, Umrah packages, visa assistance, local transport arrangements, and train ticketing. All services are subject to availability and applicable terms set by the respective suppliers (airlines, hotels, visa authorities, etc.).
User Responsibility
When using our services or website, you agree that:
- You are at least 18 and legally authorized to enter into this agreement.
- You will provide true, accurate, and complete information.
- You are financially responsible for all bookings made through your account or name.
- You will not misuse the website in any way, including submitting fraudulent data, accessing restricted areas, or breaching security.
Account Security
If you create an account with us, you are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential. Any activity from your account will be considered authorized unless you notify us immediately of suspicious activity. We do not accept liability for any unauthorized access resulting from your negligence.
Booking and Payment
All bookings made through us are subject to availability and confirmation from our suppliers. Prices are quoted in AED (or other applicable currencies) and may change based on market conditions, taxes, and exchange rates. Payments can be made using credit/debit cards or via bank transfer. Bookings will only be confirmed after full payment. We reserve the right to cancel bookings with pending or incomplete payments.
Cancellations and Refunds
- Flights and Trains: Subject to airline or railway terms. Some tickets are non-refundable or may incur cancellation fees.
- Hotels and Packages: Refundability depends on the cancellation policy of each provider. As a general rule:
- A full refund is available if canceled at least 14 days before departure.
- 50% refund from 7-14 days
- No refund if canceled within 7 days or in case of a no-show
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method and may take up to 21 working days. Administrative and processing fees for visas are not refundable under any circumstances.
Visa and Immigration
Three N Travel & Tourism LLC offers visa assistance but is not responsible for visa issuance decisions. Final approval lies with the relevant government authorities. We do not take responsibility for visa delays, rejections, or conditions attached to travel documents. Clients must make sure they meet the entry and exit requirements of their destination.
Changes and Modifications
We reserve the right to amend, replace, or remove any part of these terms or services at any time.
Pricing and Accuracy
All prices listed are current at the time of publication. However, we cannot guarantee the absence of errors and reserve the right to correct any inaccuracies in pricing or service descriptions without prior notice. If a booking is made based on incorrect pricing, we will notify you with the offer to cancel or pay the correct amount.
Intellectual Property
All content, logos, design, text, and software on our website are the property of Three N Travel & Tourism LLC or its licensors. No part of this site may be reproduced, modified, or distributed for commercial use without written permission.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Three N Travel & Tourism LLC, its employees, agents, and affiliates harmless against any claims, demands, losses, or damages, including legal fees, arising from your misuse of our services. This includes breach of these terms, or violation of any law.
Limitation of Liability
Three N Travel & Tourism LLC shall not be held liable for:
- Service failures or delays caused by third parties
- Acts of God, political unrest, or natural disasters
- Travel disruptions, visa rejections, or customs issues
- Personal injuries or losses during travel
We only act as facilitators between you and the service providers. Any claims should be directed to the responsible third party.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the UAE. Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of the Dubai courts.
Promotions and Offers
Discount codes or promotional campaigns may be offered periodically. These are subject to change or cancellation at our discretion. Offers cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
